These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of buyreviewz.com and of every product, service, tool or application we make available through it (together, the “Services”). The Services are offered under the BuyReviewz brand (“BuyReviewz,” “we,” “us” or “our”), which is owned and operated by Buyreviewz LLC.

By visiting our website or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to all laws and regulations that apply to you. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you may not access our website or use the Services.

1. Use License

We grant you a limited, revocable permission to view the materials on the BuyReviewz website (its information and software) and to download a single copy for your own personal, non-commercial, temporary viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership: the website and its content — text, graphics, logos and code — belong to Buyreviewz LLC or its licensors. Under this license, you must not:

• modify, copy or republish the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial), or reproduce them on another website;
• attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or scrape any software or content on our website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to anyone else, or “mirror” them on any other server.

This non-commercial license covers the content of our website. It does not limit the Services you buy from us, which are sold for business use under section 2, and output you create with our free tools — for example a review link, a QR code or a reply to a customer review — is yours to use for your own business.

This license ends automatically if you break any of these restrictions, and we may end it at any time. When it ends, you must delete or destroy any materials you downloaded, whether in electronic or printed form.

2. Business Use and Your Responsibilities

BuyReviewz is built for businesses, brands and professionals, and the Services are sold for use in the course of a business. By placing an order, you confirm that you are buying for that purpose. Because that use carries real responsibilities, we strictly enforce the following:

• Age and authority. You are at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these Terms — and, where you order on behalf of a business, to bind that business.
• Your own profiles only. You may order Services only for a profile, page or listing that you own or are authorized to manage. You must never order for a competitor’s or any other third party’s profile, and you must never use the Services to harass, impersonate or harm another person or business.
• Lawful content. Any review text, talking points or other content you give us must not be defamatory, hateful, obscene or infringing, and must not name or describe another identifiable person or business. We may decline or edit content that does not meet this standard.
• Platform rules. Buying reviews or engagement is against the policies of Google, LinkedIn and the other platforms we work with. Those platforms may remove content, restrict a profile or take other action at any time, without notice to you or to us. You use the Services at your own risk.
• Laws where you do business. Laws on online reviews, endorsements and advertising differ from country to country, and in some places obtaining reviews in this way may be restricted or treated as an unfair or deceptive practice. You are solely responsible for deciding whether, and how, you may lawfully use the Services where you do business, and for complying with those laws.
• No resale outside our partner program. You may not resell, white-label or sublicense the Services unless you have been accepted into our partner program, and then only on its terms.
• Your account. If you create a customer account, keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may refuse or cancel an order, stop a delivery in progress, or suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe this section has been breached. By using the Services, you confirm that you understand these responsibilities and accept them.

3. Disclaimer

Our website, its materials and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyReviewz makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all others, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights. We make no representation about the accuracy, likely results or reliability of the materials on our website, of any website linked to it, or of the Services. In particular, we do not promise any search ranking, star rating, traffic or revenue, or that any review or engagement will remain visible for any length of time. The only commitments we make about results are the refill and refund commitments in the Refunds section.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuyReviewz, Buyreviewz LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages — including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit or goodwill, for business interruption, or for any action a platform takes against your profile — arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our website or the Services, even if we or an authorized representative have been told, orally or in writing, that such damage was possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties, or the exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuyReviewz, Buyreviewz LLC and its team against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, from any content you supply, or from your breach of these Terms, of any law or of any third party’s rights.

6. Orders, Billing and Payments

Payments on BuyReviewz are handled by secure, verified third-party payment gateways. You enter your card details on the payment provider’s own checkout page, over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection — never on our website — and full card numbers never reach our servers.

• Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars on our English pages and in euros on our German pages. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. We may change prices for future orders at any time.
• Who takes your payment. Payments are collected for Buyreviewz LLC through our payment partners, so the name on your card or bank statement may be that of a payment partner rather than “BuyReviewz.”
• Promo codes. You can enter one promo code per order at checkout. Whether a code is valid, and what it is worth, is confirmed when your payment is created. If a code cannot be applied, no discount is given and your order is priced in full. Promo codes have no cash value.
• Store credits. Credits bought or received in your customer dashboard can be spent on orders. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash (except where a refund is due under the Refunds section or the law requires it), and they may expire — the expiry shown in your dashboard applies.
• Your agreement. By purchasing, you confirm that you clearly understand what you are buying and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, and you agree not to file a fraudulent dispute with your card issuer, bank or other payment institution.
• Disputes and chargebacks. Please contact our support team before opening any dispute, chargeback or payment reversal — most problems are resolved quickly under our refund terms. If a dispute is fraudulent, we may suspend or close your account, refuse future orders and block further access to the Services, stop any delivery in progress, withdraw services delivered under the disputed payment where we are able to, and submit all relevant evidence — order records, delivery logs and correspondence — to the payment provider.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials on our website may contain technical, typographical or photographic errors, and we do not warrant that any of them are accurate, complete or current. We may change the materials on our website at any time without notice, but we make no commitment to update them.

8. Links to Other Websites

We have not reviewed every website linked from ours and are not responsible for the content of any of them. A link does not mean that we endorse the linked website, and you visit any linked website at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its “last updated” date, and by continuing to use our website you agree to be bound by it. It is your responsibility to check this page for changes. A price change to an active monthly plan is handled as described in Monthly Review Plans.

10. Governing Law

These Terms, and any claim relating to our website or the Services, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to resolve any dispute. If you buy as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

We aim to give every customer fast, genuinely helpful support. For any sales or technical question, email help@buyreviewz.com or use our contact page — a real person reads and answers every message.

12. Our Service

• Independence. BuyReviewz is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok or any other platform, or by any of their partners. Platform names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe our Services.
• Your responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to comply with each platform’s rules and with any law that applies to you (see Business Use and Your Responsibilities). You use BuyReviewz at your own risk.
• Platform action. We are not responsible for your actions or their consequences, or for any action a platform takes against your profile — including removing reviews or engagement, or restricting or suspending a listing or account — for any reason.
• What we need from you. Only the public URL of the profile you want us to deliver to, plus any review text or talking points you choose to give us. We never ask for your password or any login details. We use your URL and content only to fulfil your order, and share them only with the service providers who help us deliver it — see our Privacy Policy.
• Delivery. Most orders begin within 24 hours of payment and are delivered gradually over roughly 5–30 days, depending on the size of the package — larger orders are spread over a longer period. These times are estimates, not commitments, and may vary with order volume and platform conditions.
• Quantities. We do our utmost to deliver the full quantity you order, but platforms filter and remove content on their own terms, so we cannot guarantee the exact number visible on your profile at any given moment. If an order is not fully delivered, contact our support team and we will make it right under our refill commitment.
• Keeping your profile eligible. The profile you give us must stay published, public and at the same URL while delivery is running. Delivery that is delayed or lost because a profile was unpublished, restricted, merged, moved or renamed does not entitle you to a refund for that period.
• Availability. We cannot guarantee that the Services will run continuously or without interruption or error. We may modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Services, or their content, without notice and without liability.

13. Refunds

Our refund commitments are set out below. The same text is published on its own as our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

General Policy

BuyReviewz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If we did not deliver what you paid for, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. If reviews or engagement we delivered are removed or drop within those 30 days, we will refill them free of charge. Requests are handled by our customer support team at help@buyreviewz.com.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• free credits, promotional services, or anything else provided at no charge;
• requests made more than 30 days after the original payment date;
• orders that were delivered in full as described — anything lost within 30 days is covered by a free refill rather than a refund; and
• orders affected by a breach of these Terms — for example, an order for a profile you do not own or manage, or delivery prevented because the profile was unpublished, restricted, renamed or moved.

Process

• Contact our support team with your order number and a clear explanation of the problem. Evidence of non-delivery is welcome. Because our Services are digital, we also keep delivery records on our side, so every request is checked fairly against the facts.
• Our team will try to put things right first — usually by completing or refilling the order. Where money is due back to you, store credit is offered as the first option.
• If a refund is approved, it is processed within 3–10 business days and paid to the original payment method. How soon it then appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

Right to Refuse a Refund

We may refuse a refund request in any of these circumstances:

• any attempt to abuse or exploit our refund terms;
• repeated refund requests from the same customer, for the same or different services;
• failure to follow these Terms, including this Refunds section; or
• abusive or threatening behavior toward our team.

Service-Specific Guidelines

Once an order has been delivered in full, it is no longer eligible for a refund, but our 30-day refill commitment still applies to it. Each monthly batch of a monthly review plan carries its own 30-day refill commitment. If you notice any problem with the delivery or quality of an order, contact support before the 30-day period ends — we cannot consider a request after it, under any circumstances.

Questions about refunds go to help@buyreviewz.com. By making a purchase on BuyReviewz, you accept these refund terms in full. We may update them at any time; the version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it.

14. Monthly Review Plans

Plans

Some Services are sold as recurring plans, such as our monthly Google review plans, which deliver a set number of custom-written reviews to the same profile every billing period. When you buy a plan, you authorize BuyReviewz and its payment partners to charge the payment method you saved at checkout on a recurring basis, at the plan’s then-current price including any add-ons you selected, until you cancel.

Billing Cycle and Renewal

Plans are billed in advance. The first charge is taken when you sign up, and the plan renews automatically on the same day each month — or once a year if you chose annual billing — until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel a plan at any time by emailing help@buyreviewz.com. We will stop the plan before your next charge. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee, and the period you have already paid for continues to be delivered.

No Proration

Plan charges are not prorated and are not refundable once taken, except as described in the Refunds section or where the law requires otherwise. If you cancel partway through a billing period, you will not receive a partial refund for the rest of that period.

Changing Your Plan

To move to a different tier, email us. The change takes effect from your next billing cycle.

How Plan Delivery Works

• Schedule. Each cycle’s reviews begin within 72 hours of the charge and are delivered gradually over several days. Daily amounts, timing and pacing vary, and we may adjust them for operational, platform or quality reasons; we do not guarantee an exact delivery schedule.
• Profile requirements. Your profile must stay published, public and at the same URL throughout the plan. If it becomes ineligible — for example unpublished, restricted, merged or moved — delivery pauses, and we are not responsible for any shortfall while it is ineligible. Contact us and we will agree how the affected cycle is handled.
• Interruptions. Delivery may be delayed or interrupted by maintenance, platform changes, technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control. We will resume as soon as reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery.

Failed Payments, Suspension and Termination

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry it and may pause delivery until it succeeds. We may cancel a plan, or your access to the Services, for non-payment, suspected fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms or unlawful activity.

Changes to Plan Prices or Features

We may change plan prices, features or structure from time to time. If a change affects your plan, we will give you notice as the law requires. Unless we say otherwise, a new price applies from your next billing period; if you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect.

15. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK

Our Services are intended for businesses. If you nevertheless buy as a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because our Services begin promptly, that right can be limited once performance has started at your request: where the law allows, you may have to pay for the part of the Service already provided if you withdraw, and the right may end once the Service has been fully performed. Where the law makes this conditional on your express request and acknowledgment, it applies only once you have given them. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot be waived.
